Kristy Withers is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, and small business champion. With over 13 years of experience as a successful business owner and more than 18 years in eCommerce—including five years at eBay managing the Marketing & Advertising team—Kristy brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to share.
After founding the children’s furniture brand Incy Interiors in 2010 and growing it into Australia’s #1 children’s furniture brand with over $50 million in sales across nine countries, Kristy is now focused on empowering and guiding other product founders and business owners.

- Source Haus – a sourcing agency supporting founders in finding and managing the right manufacturers across Asia.
- Good Goods – a colourful, joy-filled jewellery brand designed to celebrate individuality and everyday expression.
Kristy is also an in-demand speaker, interviewee, educator, and mentor. She has delivered engaging keynotes and panel discussions on topics ranging from personal development and entrepreneurship to leadership and innovation. Her thought-provoking discussions and compelling narratives have captivated audiences across a wide range of media outlets, from live TV to major publications.
Passionate about mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs, Kristy has supported over 50 students directly, as well as through structured programs like Rare Birds and She-com.
